Discover the Cambodian countryside and its many riches from ancient temples to floating villages by bike. Spend your first and last day exploring Siem Reap, including its Old Market Phsar Chas and the temples of Angkor on foot, and spend three days exploring the area cycling. Bike through Cambodia's countryside, and experience local life during the many stops at local villages, including the bamboo floating village of Chong Khneas. Explore the Ta Prohm jungle-clad featured in the movie Tomb Raider and taste delicious traditional Khmer cuisine. Experience Siem Reap's restaurants and bars on a night out and enjoy a mesmerizing Apsara dance performance and farewell dinner on your last evening.

Tour Itinerary

  • Day 1: Arrive Siem Reap, home of Angkor Wat!

    Upon arrival at Siem Reap/Angkor Inter-national Airport meet your local guide and head to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, embark on an orientation tour of Siem Reap. Visit the Old Market (Phsar Chas) surrounded by elegant French Colonial colonnades and the old Buddhist pagodas of Wat Bo and Wat Keseram. In the evening enjoy a taste Khmer cuisine at a local restaurant.

  • Day 2: Explore the Angkor Temples by bike

    Begin the day exploring the incredible Angkor temples by bike. See the pyramid of Takeo, the jungle-clad Ta Prohm, featured in the Hollywood blockbuster Tomb Raider, Sras Srang, known as the King's bathing pond, and the impressive Royal City of Angkor Thom. After lunch, cycle to the world’s biggest religious building: the majestic Angkor Wat. In the evening, experience Siem Reap’s vibrant nightlife at your own leisure.

  • Day 3: Cycle to Roluos and Cruise around Tonle Sap

    Bicycle east along small trails through Cambodia’s beautiful countryside and small villages en route to the hilltop temple Wat Trak. After lunch bike south to the Roluos group of temples, the oldest of all Angkorian temples, and explore the temples of Preah Kost and the pyramid of Bakong. Cycle back towards Siem Reap River and bike along the Tonle Sap Lake, the largest lake in South East Asia. Step on board a cruise in Siem Reap to visit the traditional floating bamboo village of Chong Khneas.

  • Day 4: Cycle to Banteay Srei & the Grand Circuit

    Head north towards Banteay Srei by bike. Stop off at villages en-route to experience everyday Cambodian country life and taste some sugar palm tree sweets famous for this region. Visit the decorated temple of Banteasy Srei carved from pink sandstone, and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Cycle back to Siem Reap and explore temples en route including Preah Khanor (Sacred Sword). In the evening enjoy a farewell dinner and a mesmerizing Apsara dance performance.

  • Day 5: Free until Departure
